I come from France and have been living in England for almost twenty years. I came here initially to train as a teacher and teach French, which proved quite a challenge… So I decided to change career and re-trained to still work with young people, but in order to help them with their emotional issues. When the funding for this ideal job ended, I looked into other fields and trained again in mental health in order to help people who suffer from depression and anxiety.

I believe that I don’t do the job I do by chance and my life experiences have definitely led me to use what I have learned over the years to help other people on their journey. Life is full of adventures and this blog is about my journey. I am so happy to have you along for the ride. Thank you for following me on my path and I look forward to hearing from you if you would like to share your journey and life experiences with me.

  2. Hi Christelle – I came across your blog while exploring the comments on ‘Takingthemaskoff’ about his very good “DSM the devils dictionary” post. I looked at a few of your own posts and…. the socratic method! – its good to see someone working CBT understands Socrates …. and then story telling! wonderful!!! I hope you had a good Christmas and all the best for your knew year, Chris

I just finished reading some of your blog. I think it’s beautiful the way you share your personal experiences with your readers. I can even relate to some of it. But on the League blog, we tend to write about what’s going on in society and the world, as opposed to our personal lives. So I’m thinking that people may be confused if our content isn’t consistent- if it seems to be going in one direction, then suddenly off in another. I’m so sorry. I hope this doesn’t hurt your feelings. Let me know what you think.
